Victory Shawarma is a family-run Mediterranean food truck in Long Beach, run by co-owners Chef Fadi and pastry chef Joyce. He brings the fire — shawarma carved off the spit the slow way. She brings the sweets — including a Triple Chocolate Baklava that's earned a following of its own.
